Our Fees

We are upfront with our pricing.

We offer a 15 minute estimate free of charge In Shop, or Offsite within a 5 mile trip distance.

We bill in 1/100 hour increments

In Shop Rate, $95.00 per hour. You travel to our office to receive service.

Remote Access Rate $95.00 per hour.

Offsite Rate, $125.00 per hour. We travel to your location to provide service within a 5 mile trip distance of our shop. Every mile in excess of 5 will be billed at $.60 per mile.  Our hourly rate starts when we reach your location.

Drop off / pick up fee, if you wish to have your device picked up or dropped off there is a $15.00 fee each way within the 5 mile trip distance. Over the 5 mile trip distance the fee plus mileage in excess of 5 miles applies.

If you are in a non/not for profit, please inquire about our discount program.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and American Express as valid forms of payment.
